Roland Octa-Capture UA-1010 8 Mic USB Audio / Midi Interface For Studio or Home. I'm a drummer and have used this on and off for around 5 years, it's stayed sat in the same place in my studio apart from one rehearsal recording. The only mark is around the 48v button shown in the 5th picture, I'm not sure how it got there and you have to look closely to see it. Its great for miking drums or band with 3 mics on the drums.

Its got 8 Mic inputs that are quiet and you can add an extra L/R digital inputs if needs be. I'm pretty sure it has most recent firmware update, you can download the manual, firmware and software app for pc or mac from Roland.
