Love love love these units! This was our 4th RME Fireface and I still can't get over how powerful and great sounding they are at any price.

Built to last, best in class drivers, RME still supports the latest OS on their legacy FireWire devices. Midi 1 in x 1 out. Includes Thunderbolt adaptor so its plug and play for most macs. If you want to use with USB C (which we have done many a times with this actual unit). (not included / see info below)..

I also feel when you take the time to learn to use the bundled RME'Total Mix' software it opens up amazing options for near 0 latency monitoring as well as a great way to set up multiple unique headphone mixes for band tracking. Plenty of gain to drive studio headphones across all of the output channels if you want to track a band using all the in and outs as we did at WAX Recording Studio / London where these FF 800's we're the choice i/o having been through Apogee Ensembles, Avid HD, Lavry, Ferrofish and the lot.. 100% working order as new, very good condition, visual wear around headphone adaptor input.
