Unit is used in near mint condition and has been tested and confirmed to be fully working. The USB output records a stereo track with the send signal on one side and the receive side on the other. That's useful because often the interviewer might speak over the guest and this can be corrected by muting the unwanted send'send' signal without affecting the desired'receive' signal.

I performed my testing on a PC with native support for USB 2.0 standards. In my experience some later machines with only USB 3.0 ports are not always 100% backwards compatible with devices of this generation.

So if your machine is a few years old then you should be fine. If it's a state of the art box, then it may take some tweaking to get this unit to work depending on what hardware it has installed. Note that JK Hybrids in my experience operate best with a low level of input signal, so start testing by turning down the Send gain control to the point where just the first LED level indicator is peaking lit.

Also the output is on the low side so having the Caller level set to the max is normal when interfacing to balanced downstream equipment.
